Why hula hoop?
Hooping is great exercise!
Whether you're simply waist hooping or mastering new hoop tricks,
you're working several parts of your body at once...
...including your brain!
After you've become comfortable with hooping,
it can be an excellent form of relaxation and meditation!
You can hoop almost anywhere!
(Though, you may need to clear some space to practice your hoop moves indoors.)
